Translation – Written Word
Atlas’s translation team provides top quality written translations in all languages and all subjects. What separates Atlas from our competitors? Simple, our commitment to quality and our quality control processes. We will NOT jeopardize your brand or brand image by cutting corners.
Our translators are expert translators who often hold advanced degrees in the subject matter which is to be translated (M.D., Ph.D., MSEE, MBA, LL.M, J.D.) and/or are accredited by the American Translators Association (ATA).
At Atlas, we perform a three step process: translation, editing and proofreading/content management. This three step process, allows us to maintain only the highest standards for all our translation projects, regardless of the size, timeline or language.
Localization is the process of translating and adapting both the content (text and style) and the presentation (graphical and technical components) of an EXISTING product according to the language and cultural characteristics of the target audience or region for which it is intended.
Localization requires not only traditional translation skills but also technical expertise.
The Globalization and Localization Association (GALA) defines internationalization as follows:
“The process of generalizing a product so that it can handle multiple languages and cultural conventions without the need for redesign.”
Atlas has extensive experience handling large volume localization and globalization of both products and services. We have handled large and small international media/marketing campaigns. Give us a call or email to see how we can assist you with your international needs.
Atlas's state of the art telephonic interpretation services allow one to contact our office and be connected to an interpreter within 15 – 20 seconds. All our telephonic interpreters are all US based and meet HIPPA requirements, maintain strict confidentiality agreements, are licensed, insured and bonded.
Atlas Language Services, Inc. strives to continuously be "ahead of the game" with it's telephony infrastructure and intricate redundant computer systems. Since Atlas offers 24/7/365 services, the company is already aware of the critical need for "always-on" services.
